Tuesday’s Camp Workout
0Boot camps last 4 weeks long – 3 days a week. That is one great thing about bootcamps in general, you don’t get bored or maxed out. The workout changes daily and then completely every 4 weeks. It’s one of the things that I like about these programs – you get to try new exercises regularly. Not all bootcamps work like this but Plumbline does. Michael puts a lot of work into creating the workouts we do and the proof is in the pudding so to speak!
Last week started the first week of a new month of camp. Each day of the week during the 4 weeks is a different circuit and at least this camp we are doing it all for total rep count.
So today’s camp was 3 rounds/total rep count:
Box Jumps (double/single/double) – rest/active station
Power clean push presses with 25lb kettlebells
Ring push/ups
Wall Ball squats (double squats if you can do it)
45lb Snatch
