The 7 foods experts won’t eat – Healthy Living on Shine.

This bums me out. My friend Dianne sent this article to me. I love 100 cal Microwave Popcorn. It has helped me few quite a lot of  “im starving but don’t want to eat a house” moments.  This article says its horrible for you. Dianne suggests a popcorn air popper. Thoughts?

When Is The Best Time to Workout? – That’s Fit.

…best performances tend to be seen in the late afternoon rather than early morning, he says dozens of factors contribute to heart rate, including the perceived level of exertion. “There are so many variables in a workout, but morning workouts can often bring a lower heart rate, even if you think you are working just as hard. Your body is simply not as relaxed and efficient, and it may not be recovered from the previous day’s workout, so performance and heart rate are going to be lower.”

DumbbellRomDdLftPushPress_1I think its important to share with you that my group training on Wednesday absolutely killed my shoulders and arms. Having to do those push press squats and then going to boot camp on Thursday which had me doing ring jumps, let me just say Owww.

It’s a great feeling and also important to recognize that you can still be super sore after all the working out I do. So while I love this kinda of soreness, it does hurt to lift my arms or shrug.

So that’s why I am happy today is my rest day. I got to sleep in past 5a and get to rest my body.

What did you do active today?

You may have noticed that I recently changed my newly created web blog to livefitandsore.com as opposed to livestrongandsore.com.

I strongly believe in the mission of livestrong.com and try to incorporate it into my every day life but also didn’t want to infringe on their well known organization. So -  I have changed mine to:
Live Fit and Sore dot com.

Both urls work still.
