Just keep moving…

How is everyone doing? Are you still staying active through the holidays. It’s probably one of the most important times to keep moving – with all the temptations we are up against!  So go to the mall and walk if it’s too cold outside or use that gym membership you have!

Push ups are not only great for your chest, but do a tremendous job of defining your abs, triceps, shoulders and torso. Today’s workout was a doozy for me. I don’t know if it’s having a week off or just being off my regular routine or eating off my regular plan but I am tired.

New Tuesday workout:

warm up:

checkpoints, lunges, frankensteins, push-ups
core: partner 16lb dynaball tosses, and then ball twists
25 head to head partner double high five partner push-ups.

workout: AMRepsAP  for 3 rounds

bicep curls
135# deadlifts
TGUs 20lbs
hangclean push presses 25Lbs
25lb kettlebell swings

extra round for time:

40  bicep curls
10 135# deadlifts
2 each side -TGUs 20lbs
40 hangclean push presses 25Lbs
40 25lb kettlebell swings
