HIIT and Women = Awesome


I love this video because it shows all kinds of women doing Crossfit. It doesn’t matter how old you are you can do it — and how awesome are they? This is the stuff we do in boot camp which makes us strong and lean — combine that with diet changes — you can be one of these ladies too!

  1. I hate to see people doing the rings. Those things cause SO many injuries, and there’s absolutely no reason for rings to be in an exercise routine. Crossfit might have some good points, but overall, it’s way too extreme and everyone I know that tried it eventually had to quit because (1) it took too much out of them and made them too sore to engage in other activities, do their job, etc or (2) they became tired of getting injured so much.
