Yesterday, I went to the dentist and had to get a crown. Yuck — it’s painful and sensitive. Not my idea of fun but it had to be done! So I’m a bit cranky as I deal with how freakin uncomfortable it is.

Lately I have had a very negative attitude about a lot of things – as I was sitting in the dentist’s chair having my teeth grinded to bits I did some thinking. I am going to start, today to readjust and really take notice of what my intentions and priorities are when I make decisions or say something to someone. I find that sometimes, when I am not in the right head space it bubbles over to my friends and certain situations that I really don’t mean it to. I love the people in my life and I have to be the change I wish to see –so starting today, that’s who I am. Deep right?

My friend Nate showed up for a morning workout this AM and that made my day. He is living in another state for a while and I miss him! He’s got a great energy and super passionate about fitness and coaching. An all around great guy. See the fun you can have at 6A? Who wouldn’t want to show up for this? You get to see friends, laugh, try new & challenging things and get your fitness on!

My time was not that great because I am forcing myself to do Double Unders. It’s time for me to really buckle down and work on a few of these things that I have been struggling with because I know I can do them! I know IT!
