My workout today was fairly light — it’s a group workout at CrossFit and I took it easy.
We warmed up with some dynamic stretching and then with a partner we did wall ball and handstands.
The WOD today was CF Baseball.
1st base was a forward roll
sprint to the next base
2nd base was box jumps
lunges to the next base
3rd base KTE
high knees to the next base
4th was Burpees
It was crisp out as well — so asthma girl appeared. It was a very very tough workout!
