Yesterday was Deadlift day and not only did I work out in the AM — I coached in the evening. Needless to say it was a long day for me but when you love what you do — it was fun all the way. I came across this site that really helped me learn some things to share with the athletes I was coaching and also gave me some good warmup exercises to do –thedeadlift.com.
The warmup the group did was all geared toward helping warm them up for deadlifts.
