A much needed rest day for me. I hadn’t planned on taking one but when that alarm went off, I knew it was in the cards.
Tomorrow, I kickoff the third Whole Life Challenge at CrossFit Impavidus and I am part of the group that is going to focus on doing what I need to do to get back into focus with my nutrition.
