Since I am not in town for the next few days, I wanted to post some info that can help you out when you are away from home and you still need to stick to your fitness and health goals:
Body weight can be the best equipment and only equipment you will ever need. Push ups, squats, mobility work are all important and can be done in hotel rooms anywhere!
