My inspirations
This space was created to highlight some nice notes I have received from people who have been inspired to lead a healthy and fit life. It’s not easy to incorporate fitness into your life as we all know. Knowing that I have inspired even just one person to make a change for the better, makes it all worth it. I know how great it has been for me, and I want everyone to experience that. These notes inspire me to continue on…
You inspired me last night and didn’t even know it. After work, I was pooped, it was dark, cold and windy — didn’t know if I could muster up enough strength to to go kickboxing. But thought — what would Steph do? So glad I ended up going — kick-ass class. Thanks. – Nols
And this one from S.M:
You are an amazing example to many people…you are motivational and so positive. Thank you for sharing on Facebook, it is very refeshing. Have a wonderful holiday with your family!
And this one from Stacy B:
Hey Steph, I wanted to let you know you inspired me during our December Family Support session when you spoke of your weight loss. I have gone up and down for the past 10 years, and with two kiddos in the mix I have always had an excuse to give up. Your words motivated me to get back on track and so far I have lost 12 lbs—with about 50 more to go, though. L I am sticking with it though, and just wanted to say “Thank you!” (I am still working on the whole getting up in the morning to workout without talking to myself thing…I can’t seem to do that, yet. Currently I get my workouts done in place of a lunch break and have a working lunch, instead.)
A very old friend wrote me Selene M:
Everytime i read your post “workout” uuuugggghhhhhhh i felt like the biggest f’n loser cuz i knew my fat a** should b doing something—-we go every morning and its a 24 hour gym NO EXCUSES!

I went to the Monday night cycling class even though the music is not the best. THEN, she played Christmas music during the ENTIRE class. It was so hard to stay motivated and work hard while the Chipmunks are singing but I stayed with it and maxed out my heart rate anyway. Alvin can bite me!
